1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ph234 ("ph234", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the ph234.cam website and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

Each person may register and maintain only one account with ph234. Multiple accounts registered by the same person will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses may be voided. Accounts found to be operated by the same person or household may be linked and combined for bonus and wagering purposes.

3. Use of Service

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ph234 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6. Games and Gameplay

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ph234, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Trademarks

The ph234 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph234 or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Service without prior written consent from ph234.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph234, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension

ph234 may suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we determine necessary to protect ph234 or other users.

9.2 Termination by ph234

ph234 reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you will be paid any remaining balance in your account, minus any amounts owed to ph234, subject to our right to investigate potential violations.

9.3 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any remaining balance will be forfeited after 90 days of account inactivity following closure request.

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PH234, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PH234 IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.3 Customer Complaints

12. Amendments to Terms

ph234 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered email address and through prominent notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph234 regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, deleted. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by ph234 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without ph234's prior written consent. ph234 may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.

13.5 Force Majeure

ph234 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
